Cancellation Policy
In the event you wish to cancel your subscription, users with billing access may do so at any time by logging into your account and select the billing option from the user icon. Or contact PowerChurch Software at (800) 486-1800 or (828) 665-1818 or email support@powerchurch.com with your site ID and cancellation request. Yearly subscribers requesting cancellation before the end of the current year’s subscription will be refunded for any future months that were prepaid. The refund is calculated by taking the yearly rate paid, less the number of active prior months at the monthly subscription rate. Partial months are not refunded.
For monthly subscribers, your Empower ChMS account will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle and no partial refunds will be issued. Once your account has been deactivated, you will be able to login to Empower to lookup information and run reports for 6 months. It is advisable that you print any reports or export any data that you might need.
