Step-by-Step Instructions
Method 1: Bulk Invitations

Access Member Portal Options:
- Navigate to the Utilities section.
- Select Member Portal Options.

Initiate Mass Invitation:
- Click on Mass Send Member Portal Invitation.

Set Filters:
- By default, the system will filter out archived members and only include those with mass email enabled addresses.
- Optionally, you can add filters to target specific groups (e.g., members of a certain activity, leaders, or yourself).

Select Eligible Members:
- Review the list of eligible members who have an email address and are mass email enabled.
- You can uncheck all members and select them individually or check all to include everyone.

Schedule Sending:
- Choose whether to send the invitations immediately or schedule them for a later time.
- Select the email address from which the invitations will be sent (must be a verified email address).

Customize the Invitation:
- Edit the message that will accompany the invitation.
- Use merge fields to personalize the message (e.g., inserting the member's first name).
- Include the invitation URL as a button or link.

Preview the Invitations:
- Review the scheduled invitations to ensure that the merge fields display correctly for each member.

Send Invitations:
- Once satisfied with the preview, click Send to dispatch the invitations to all selected members.
