Adding a Person or Household from Check-in

Uh oh.  You’re in the middle of checking kids in, and a visiting family comes in.  They’re not pulling up in the system.  What do we do?

Let’s take a look.


From the Check-In Dashboard, type the family’s name in the search box.


If the desired household is not shown, click the +Add Household button in the top right corner.


This will walk you through the process of Adding a Household and Adding each member to an Activity.


When prompted to Select Check In Activities,  click the drop-down box next to each individual’s name to add them to an Activity.

Be sure to scroll down and click APPLY when you have selected all applicable Activities. 


After selecting the Activities, click on the Finish button to add the new Household and complete the check-in process.  


That’s it; they’re officially visiting!
